Regular price $98.00 Sale

Fantastic 1910s Edwardian white cotton blouse featuring beautiful floral embroidered whitework, stunning bishop sleeves and lovely lace details throughout. This blouse is timeless and just as wearable with antique garments as it is with modern wear. Unlined, sheer, button closures at back.

MEASUREMENTS:
(taken with garment lying flat; bust, waist & hips doubled for your convenience)
→collar: 12 inches around
→shoulder to shoulder: up to 16 inches
→bust: 32 inches
→waist: 35 inches
→length: 20 inches
→armscye: 7 inches
→sleeve length: 19.5 inches
→cuff: 8.5 inches around (will fit higher on the forearm, not at the wrist)

ESTIMATED SIZE: X-Small to Small, mind the small collar; could be worn not buttoned up all the way in the back.

CONDITION: Good antique condition, wearable with care.
→ very fine and thin cotton lawn, so a bit more delicate than sturdier Edwardian pieces.
→ two moth holes on one sleeve, see photos -- they pass a gentle tug test; mending this fabric would create a very visible mend.
→ some small repairs to the lace and pintucks on the collar.
→ three spots of discoloration: two smudges at either shoulder and one pin dot at waistband; has been soaked in RetroClean
→ waist ties were shortened; they're uneven and only have a few inches on each side -- can be worn as-is or cut off entirely!

Please keep in mind this is a vintage garment, which means minor signs of wear are to be expected. Any significant flaws are always noted in the description. All garments are mended, cleaned and ready to wear unless otherwise noted.

COLOR: White

MORE INFORMATION: No maker or contents labels. Appears to be made of a fine cotton lawn. Hand wash.

PLEASE NOTE: Black Cat Clothiers only accepts returns if a mistake was made in describing an item, for which we ask you to contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Please compare the detailed measurements noted above to one of your garments (not your body measurements; clothing should allow room for movement) that fits you well. Please be aware all monitors display colors differently. Additionally, all of our pieces are pre-owned and vintage/antique, which means each piece may feature minor signs of wear, as noted in the description. To learn more, please view our store policies.
