Bewitching 1880s Victorian mourning capelet crafted from a wonderful embossed wool, featuring a large ribbon at the throat, rows of glittering French jet beading and a stylish double layer collar. This garment is heavy and lined, so it will keep you warm! Throw over a velvet gown to haunt the local graveyard. Fully lined, hook & eye closure at neck + ribbon.
