Classic and versatile early 1900s Edwardian black cotton petticoat featuring dramatic rows of ruffles at the hem for movement and style. May have been a mourning piece, but as this piece dates to the end of the Victorian era, it can be harder to tell. A lovely piece either way! Unlined, opaque, button closure at waist.
