Charming and just a bit witchy 1910s cotton gingham blouse featuring a button-up front, trumpet sleeves, peplum waist and rick-rack detailing at the neckline. What a divine and rare piece from the early 1900s! Pair with a walking skirt for a picture-perfect look or bend eras with 40s palazzo pants. Unlined, button-up front / hook & eye at waist.

CONDITION: Very good antique condition. This garment came to me with terrible age staining throughout the entire piece. It's been soaked for days and the staining has lifted almost entirely, but I did have to sacrifice some of the dye in the plaid. It was already a bit faded and has settled into a pleasant dark green/black. It's a bit uneven throughout under close inspection, but it has a really lovely country feel to it. Structurally, this garment is excellent. Look at those hand-sewn button holes! Please keep in mind this is a vintage garment, which means minor signs of wear are to be expected. Any significant flaws are always noted in the description. All garments are mended, cleaned and ready to wear unless otherwise noted.
COLOR: Off-white with black/green plaid pattern
MORE INFORMATION: No maker or contents labels, likely homemade but done so very well. Feels like a lightweight cotton with mother of pearl buttons. Hand wash.
PLEASE NOTE: Black Cat Clothiers cannot accept returns due to fit. Please compare the detailed measurements noted above to one of your garments that fits you well. Additionally, all of our clothing is pre-owned and vintage/antique, which means each piece may feature minor signs of wear, as noted in the description. To learn more, please view our store policies.
