Breathtaking late 1910s / early 1920s Art Nouveau bracelet featuring purple Czech glass imitating amethyst, large brass links, gorgeous stylizing and stalks of purple enamel flowers. An absolute showstopper, this special piece was meant to be paired with your most precious velvets for a night under the stars. C-clasp closure.
MEASUREMENTS: (taken with garment lying flat) →length: 7.5 inches →width: 1 inch
CONDITION: Good vintage condition -- really presents beautifully and in such a rare style, but some things to note. There's patina and verdigris throughout. I've gently removed a good deal of it, but there's some leftover, as well as a tiny bit of what I assume was someone's attempt to clean the bracelet that has left a white cast. I'm being picky, it's very small, but noticeable. I replaced one of the jump rings and it's good, but it's not an absolutely perfect match due to what's available in today's age. The clasp is either one I haven't seen before, or the little knot at the top is broken. It's completely useable, but you will need to be able to get your nail in between the two sides in order to open it. This could be replaced by a jeweler if you'd like. All flaws reflected in price -- this is a stunning piece! Please keep in mind this is a vintage garment, which means minor signs of wear are to be expected. Any significant flaws are always noted in the description. All garments are mended, cleaned and ready to wear unless otherwise noted.
COLOR: Brass with purple glass and enamel
