Beautiful late 1940s Art Deco ring created from sterling silver and magnificently cut glass in a deep purple shade -- this usually means the creator was emulating amethyst, but this ring does have a very alexandrite look to it. Pair with your favorite silk evening gown for a decadent look. Slip on, no closures.
CONDITION: Very good vintage condition with some light surface scratches to the glass just noticeable to the eye without a loupe. Please keep in mind this is a vintage garment, which means minor signs of wear are to be expected. Any significant flaws are always noted in the description. All garments are mended, cleaned and ready to wear unless otherwise noted.
COLOR: Silver with deep purple glass
MORE INFORMATION: No maker hallmarks, stamped "sterling." Appears to be made of sterling silver and Czech glass.
PLEASE NOTE: Black Cat Clothiers only accepts returns if a mistake was made in describing the garment, for which we ask you to contact us within 3 days of receiving the garment. Please compare the detailed measurements noted above to one of your garments (not your body measurements; clothing should allow room for movement) that fits you well. Please be aware all monitors display colors differently. Additionally, all of our clothing is pre-owned and vintage/antique, which means each piece may feature minor signs of wear, as noted in the description. To learn more, please view our store policies.
