Fun and a little flirty 1950/60s homemade day dress featuring a triangular windowpane pattern, puff sleeves, mandarin collar, drop waist, full skirt and the best diamond-shaped buttons! Unlined, slightly sheer, front button closure. Appears to be a 50s/60s homemade garment with a bit of a fun mish-mash of different styles, but I want to note it is possible this was made later, perhaps 70s/80s, to emulate earlier styles, but the construction really seems to be of 50s/60s era.
